This week is designed to restore your wellbeing – to have space to be heard, without judgment – an opportunity to let go and be more fully you!

You'll spend time with other people dedicated to learning and living NVC

Review your current life and decide how you might change things for the better

You’ll connect to what really matters to you 

We meet for morning practice at 9.30 am until lunch time. In the afternoons we enjoy the beach and the local villages. After dinner a variety of optional activities are offered including: music, authentic relating games and conscious dance sessions.

You will have the opportunity to:

Work with the NVC dance floor processes  (created by Bridgette Belgrave and Gina Lawrie)

• Deepen your empathic presence
• Grow in self compassion
• Develop more ease and fluency with NVC
• Express yourself authentically.
   

Move and dance

You will explore the language your body speaks, cultivating your inner witness through authentic movement, dialogue dances, mindful connection, emotional expression and deep rest.

• Feel more comfortable in your own skin
• Mourn, celebrate and play.
• Experience fun, pleasure and inner peace

Location and accommodation
We stay at Kalikalos, Anilio,
Holistic Education - Mt Pelion in Greece. The centre has a camp feel about it.

In Greek mythology, they say Mt Pelion, with its deep lush forests and gorgeous beaches is where the Gods celebrated and enjoyed holidays and the Centaur Chiron lived - more information here

Who is this event for?
This residential event is for those with some experience of  Nonviolent Communication The programme is in English.

What does it cost?
The fee for the retreat includes accommodation and meals. The price varies according to the level of accommodation you choose. Travel and any other expenses are not included. It is recommended that you get insurance in the event of a medical emergency, theft or cancellation.
