Description

Parenting is one of the most challenging jobs we may ever have, yet there aren't many driver's manuals that give us the tools we need to keep our sanity, raise happy and healthy children, and create a stress-free home life.

Join Lisa Gottlieb, MSW, Nonviolent Communication (NVC) Certified Trainer for an interactive mini-workshop on parenting tools designed for parents with young  children, teenagers, and young adults (no previous experience necessary).

This workshop will offer practical tools to help you:

  • Emotionally connect with your children while setting safe, healthy boundaries.

  • Develop ways to de-escalate conflict and build more trust and open communication.

  • Gain skills to increase your calm while dealing with stressful situations with your children.

  • Be held with kind support as we navigate this learning time together.

Cost: $30 per person / $50 two people registering together

Questions: Email the Registrar, Jeff Brown

Audience: Everyone is welcome -- this workshop is designed for people who have no prior experience with Nonviolent Communication and will also help people with prior experience deepen their skill level.
