I work organisations and individuals who are, like me, growing the muscles to walk ourselves towards a just and equitable future where there is as a shared endeavour to realise compassionate ways of being, alined to our needs and values, caring for all life.

Through using an embodied systemic approach to Nonviolent Communication and Restorative and transformative practice I supporting groups and individuals to engage with the vital information that emerges through the field of human experience as essential ingredients to restore connection and align with the flow of life. Practically this looks like:

• Facilitating processes to engage with and transform moments of conflict and tension at a personal, relational, structural and cultural level.
• Offering a framing and practices in workshops and training sessions to move beyond polarising dynamics and inherited  linear thinking, to connect through difference to what is wanting to be revealed
• Supporting groups and individuals to look at how they are reproducing the current status quo and discover pathways and build systems to restore power and love in how we live and organise.
