Lavoro nelle scuole sia con gli studenti e le studentesse sia con insegnanti per risvegliare la consapevolezza individuale di sè stessi come persone e come parte di un gruppo, ognuno con il proprio ruolo e caratteristiche personali. Ciascuno ha un potere e può scegliere come utilizzarlo e metterlo a proprio servizio e altrui, è importante averne consapevolezza e risorse interiori per esprimerlo. Per questo pratichiamo a scuola la Comunicazione Nonviolenta, la facilitazione di decisioni di gruppo, la mediazione di conflitti. Allo stesso modo lavoro con team di lavoro. In Italia ho avuto il privilegio di preparare il mio assessment con la formatrice Ortensia Majer sulla Matrix ideata da Jim Manske ed altri trainer e la divulghiamo con i candidati alla certificazione e con altri studiosi della CNV.

Per me la CNV è un importante strumento personale e collettivo di risveglio ed aumento di consapevolezza, a servizio delle relazioni e dei sistemi, per questo per me è fondamentale ricordarmi in ogni momento il ruolo con cui la intendo condividere che è di trasmettere conoscenza, ispirazioni, riflessioni che sono il frutto dei miei filtri e della mia consapevolezza e che questo è un dono che ciascuno fa agli altri in una visione di comune umanità vulnerabile.

I work in schools, with both male and female students, as well as with teachers to awaken individual awareness of themselves as people and as part of a group — each with their own role and personal characteristics. Everyone has a power and can choose how to use it and put it to their service and the service others. It is important to have awareness and the inner resources to express it.

For this, we practice Nonviolent Communication (NVC) in schools, helping in the facilitation of group decisions and the mediation of conflicts.

In the same way, I work with professional teams. In Italy, I had the privilege of preparing my assessment with trainer, Ortensia Majer, on the Matrix designed by Jim Manske and other trainers, and we share it with certification candidates and other NVC scholars.

For me, NVC is an important personal and collective tool for awakening and increasing awareness at the service of relationships and systems. For this reason, it is essential for me to remember at all times my role in sharing NVC, which is to transmit knowledge, inspirations, and reflections that are the result of my filters and my awareness, and that this is a gift that everyone gives to others in a vision of common vulnerable humanity.
