We practice in the tradition of Marshall Rosenberg's work, using a 2 hour format to cultivate authenticity, honesty, and empathy through the four steps to conflict resolution. We use a balance approach with NVC practices such as NVC book readings, discussion, written exercises, dyad practice, and contemplative practices during our sessions. All are welcome regardless of level of experience.
