Raj Gill is Certified in Conversational Intelligence®, and Certified Professional Co-active Coach, and is co-author of NVC Toolkit for Facilitators. Her practice includes Coaching and Training in Inclusive Leadership, Communication with Compassion, mediation and Emotional Intelligence.

Since 2000, Raj has coached entrepreneurs, doctors, youth, couples and inmates to get results through their ideas, words and actions (IWA). She brings over 30 years of experience in teaching, training, and facilitation to her practice. Her goal is to provide a highly interactive environment and make the learning engaging and the knowledge and skills easy to integrate into daily life.

Raj's work also includes curriculum development and teaching with Cowichan Intercultural Society, the Justice Institute of BC., UBC, Langara College and Correctional Service of Canada, and the Institute for Collaborative Learning, among others. She has taught in Africa, Central & South America, North America and Ireland. Her work is informed and grounded in over 18 years of learning and working with Marshall Rosenberg, Ph.D. She is a strong believer in the power of compassion and human connection for resolving conflict and creating business success.

Raj Gill founded Prosperity Circles Coaching International in 2000 to provide coaching, training and Inclusive Leadership to enhance personal and organizational performance. She is a founding member of a founding partner of Experiential Leadership Initiative EXLI and Freedom Project Canada. Raj is a certified administrator for the MHS EQi 2.0, a highly regarded and valuable emotional intelligence psychometric assessments for personal and workplace use. Her practice includes, Mediation, Coaching and Training in Inclusive Leadership, Communication with Compassion and Emotional Intelligence and Certified in Conversational Intelligence.
