This Practice Group begins with a "remembering" for inspiration, centering and connecting with ourselves. This is followed by a "check-in" when we share how we are, what we bring with us or what we hope to receive during the session. Activities include: short education exercises, empathy, role-plays, games and discussions. Participants can facilitate the group with prior arrangement with Rodger Sorrow

Jeder verfügt über emotionale Intelligenz, doch lang erlernte Sprachmuster erschweren es oft, sich der inneren Klarheit und Stärke bewusst zu werden und sie zu nutzen.

Unsere Ausbildungen und Aufbautrainings haben bisher Menschen besucht, die die Qualität ihrer Beziehungen verbessern und ihre Entscheidungs- und Handlungsmöglichkeiten erweitern möchten, im beruflichen oder privaten Umfeld:
als Führungskraft, Projektleiterin oder Kollege, in beruflichen Veränderungsprozessen, Familie und Partnerschaft, mit Kunden, Patienten, vor Gericht, in Beratungs- und Lehrtätigkeiten, in journalistischer oder interkultureller Arbeit.

Four Facilitators craft a program informed by
our diverse perspectives and styles using participants' applications. Our intention is to collaborate with each other in deepening and sharpening our NVC skills as we live together in interdependent community. During the retreat we live, cook, and eat together in a retreat house. The program highlights are two daylongs, 1 weekend and three 90 minute teleconference calls.

Practice to increase comfidence & competence in using NVC in challenging situations and with hard-to-hear messages.These sessions are offered freely in joyful service of peace. In the same spirit, a financial contribution is requested  to support peacework as a viable way of making a living.

this year long integration program is an exciting way to build relationships, and community by working in community on projects with other nvc enthusiasts, deepen our own nvc skills and broaden our connection to our mission and purpose in life. Home projects, group projects, special emphasis on self awareness and nvc dialogue.

A monthly class based on the principals of NVC as applied to parenting. This group meets on Sept 10, Oct 1, Nov 5 and Dec 3 for the remainder of 2008. This is an on-going group and new participants are warmly welcomed. Integration of NVC into daily life is a focus as well as a compassionate, supportive atmosphere. Join us for a night away from home each month where you can enjoy the company of other parents, have fun and return home with new skills to support you and your family.

L'histoire du mot communiquer ; la place de l'approche de Marshall B. Rosenberg dans l'univers de la communication ; le processus de Marshall B. This course contents 21 days in 7 blocs. Three auf the blocs serve basic NVC learning and training with an additional emphasis on dealing with aggressions, limits and self-empathy. The next 4 blocs deal with NVC in leading functions, counselling, social change, trainer skills. The main focus of the training lies on NVC in organizations and enterprises. We invite people fwith leading functions in organisations, free counsellors, mediators, supervisors, organization developers.

Wednesday mornings, 9:30-11:30 AM,  from September 10-December 17, come practice applying Nonviolent Communication into your daily interactions. Using exercises, role-play, discussion and down to earth practical ideas, explore the ways NVC can be of use to you in living with more choice and compassion. 

Sessions will include:

• In-depth exploration of the four components of NVC
• Hands-on empathy and honesty practice
• Learning effective self-empathy techniques
• Transforming blame and criticism into understanding and connection
• Working with real situations brought by participants
• Building a supportive community
