The Foundation training covers all the core concepts and skills of NVC. It is run in an experiential style, offering participants plenty of opportunities to apply learning to their own life situations, both personal and professional. NVC offers clear processes that are reliable under pressure, for expressing yourself, listening to others and supporting yourself internally. You will learn to express without blame, judgment or demand; to hear needs within hostile messages; to manage conflict with skill and compassion, and find creative ways for everyone's needs to be met peacefully. Learning NVC is moving, supportive, challenging and fun.
