Administrative Director Joining CNVC in April 2007, Margo brings 14+ years experience in not-for-profit business management. As Administrative Director, Margo serves as one of the Administrative Team members, Leadership Team representative, Board Secretary and the office manager. As Administrative Director, Margo's role is to co-develop, design and implement the strategic plan set by the Board of Directors in the most cost-effective and time-efficient manner in harmony with NVC Consciousness.

Information Technology Pan worked for 23 years in the Information Technology field; the last ten as a self-employed web site developer. He has specialized in computer applications designed to help groups work effectively together, exactly what we want our web site to help our NVC Community to do. Pan provided IT services to the Puget Sound Network for Compassionate Communications starting in 1998 and has been facilitating trainings since 2004.

Danielle BeendersDanielle Benders e-mail Danielle
Training Team Events Danielle relocated to Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA with CNVC together with her husband, William Poehner. She manages the Training Team efforts. She feels lucky to be able to connect with people from around the world interested in NVC. It puts a smile on her face if she can surprise someone by responding in their native tongue. Danielle, originally from the Netherlands, is fluent in Dutch, Limburgs (Dutch dialect), English and German.

Elen SkappelElin Searfoss e-mail Elin
International Intensive Trainings (ITT) Elin is Marshall Rosenberg's scheduler and manages the International Intensive Training (IIT) Department. A former IT professional, Elin enjoys being the on-site IT Support person at our office in Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA. She is also the designated notetaker for the Board of Directors. Elin speaks Norwegian and English, and is currently learning Spanish.
