The world you see around you is the result of your communication.
That sentence made me want to. And since the world I saw around me was not peaceful, harmonious, and full of misunderstandings, I set out to discover how my world would change if I changed my communication.
I was introduced to non-violent communication in 2004, and since then it has become the number one way of self-knowledge for me. Although I have been working as a trainer since 1995, teaching nonviolent communication has been my main activity since 2006. For 80-100 days a year, I hold self-organized trainings, practice groups, empathy-based coaching, and small group trainings held in a company environment.
The greatest gift of the last 20 years is that I learned to communicate with myself. This helped me to experience many beautiful connections in my family, in my circle of friends, and in my work.
My main goal is to pass on my passion for NVC to others. Because I have experienced His blessings.

A világ, amit magad körül látsz, a kommunikációd eredménye.

Ez a mondat kiváncsivá tett. És mivel a világ, amit magam körül láttam, nem volt békés, harmonikus, és sok volt benne a félreértés, elindultam felfedezni, hogyan változik a világom, ha változtatok a kommunikációmon.

2004-ben ismerkedtem meg az erőszakmentes kommunikációval, s azóta ez vált számomra az első számú önismereti úttá. Bár 1995-től trénerként dolgozom, 2006 óta az erőszakmentes kommunikáció tanítása a legfőbb tevékenységem. Évente 80-100 napon át tartok saját szervezésű tréningeket, gyakorlócsoportokat, empátia alapú coachingokat, és céges környezetben tartott, kis csoportos tréningeket.

Az elmúlt 20 év legnagyobb ajándéka, hogy megtanultam kommunikálni önmagammal. Ez segítette, hogy sok gyönyörű kapcsolódást élek meg a családomban, a baráti körömben, és a munkámban egyaránt.

Fő törekvésem, hogy másoknak is átadjam az NVC iránt érzett rajongásomat. Mert megtapasztaltam áldásait.
