Honesty and Empathy are the heart of NVC.   Unfortunately, our current prevailing zeitgeist conditions us to blame, dominate, exploit – what I call the “Dao of Domination”.  This dynamic is found on every level – social, political, economic, psychological/individual, etc.  

This training will focus on how to get free of this conditioning by first examining just how we are each trapped. Then we will learn, practice, and embody Radical Honesty and Radical Empathy.  Prioritizing the courage to be vulnerable, we will co-create an ambience of learning, fun, mutual support.  We’ll use role playing, diads & triads and interactive exercises at event up at 7,000’ in Santa Fe, high desert.
