Talking to Myself: Self-Empathy and Befriending Inner Critics
Thurs. May 23 and 30 from 6:00-8:15 pm ET
Do you communicate with yourself with criticism, condemnation, demands or in other harsh ways? Join us to learn and practice a self-empathy approach for empowering inner dialogues. Reveal the gift behind the harshness so you can understand and reconcile with those self-critical parts of us. This workshop teaches the NVC Self-Empathy Dance Floor (http://nvcdancefloors.com/) tool as well as drawing from the teachings of Internal Family Systems. Each workshop is two consecutive evenings. In the week following each session, you will meet with a peer partner for more practice and integration.
